It has two fortified enclosures: the Força Vella and the medieval widening. The city mixes cultural attractions with active tourism. Its “Barri Vell” neighborhood (or historical center) is one of the most evocative in Catalonia. You will find some of the most amazing medieval monuments in Europe. The colorful houses of the Oñar River, located in the Jewish quarter, are the symbol of the city.
